At Healing Well Center + Med Spa Bar, we believe true skin health—like overall wellness—comes from intention, consistency, and science-backed, evidence-based care. Our VIP Wellness Membership Plan was designed to give clients access to regular treatments, deeper rejuvenation, and a space where skincare becomes a whole-body ritual. It’s our way of making expert-guided aesthetic care both accessible and meaningful. This isn’t just a membership—it’s a relationship. One that honors the connection between how you look, how you feel, and how you show up in the world. Whether you’re working toward long-term skin goals or simply carving out time each month to nurture yourself, this plan guides your journey to radiant, balanced beauty—one step at a time.
Membership Term and Payment: Membership is $245 per month, conveniently billed every 30 days to the payment method provided at enrollment. All memberships are subject to our terms and conditions. Members must use services within the membership period. Unused services do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel after completing the initial 3-month minimum term by providing 30 days’ written notice. Cancellation requests may be submitted via email to heathermaroudas@medspabar.com or delivered in person to our clinic.
Early termination prior to completing the 3-month commitment is permitted; however, the remaining balance for the initial term must be paid in full at the time of cancellation. Please note: services included in the Membership are non-refundable, and any unused services may not be exchanged for credit.
Missed Appointments & No-Show Policy: All services are provided by appointment and are subject to provider availability. Appointments missed without at least 24 hours’ notice may be considered redeemed and cannot be rescheduled or rolled over.
At Healing Well Center + Med Spa Bar, we value both your time and ours. While we make every effort to honor your preferred schedule, we reserve the right to adjust or reschedule appointments due to provider availability, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Non-Transferability & Exclusivity: Memberships are exclusive to the individual who enrolls and may not be transferred, shared, or sold to another party.
Practice Rights to Modify or Terminate: Healing Well Center + Med Spa Bar reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Membership program—including pricing, terms, and benefits—with 30 days’ advance notice to active Members.
We also reserve the right to terminate a Member’s agreement at any time in the event of misconduct, policy abuse, or failure to adhere to clinic guidelines. Refund requests related to termination will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Acknowledgment of Agreement: By signing below, the Member confirms that they have carefully read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, and voluntarily enroll in the Healing Well Center + Med Spa Bar VIP Wellness Membership Plan.

I have had plasma treatments for my arthritic knees that have been very successful. This treatment helps the body to heal itself by injecting my own plasma after my blood is centrifuged. I can exercise more comfortably and have better mobility. After my success I elected to add weight loss treatment and have lost 8 pounds the first month! I give myself weekly injections of a compound that improves my appetite and cravings. Nurse Practitioner Heather Maroudas is knowledgeable, caring, and motivating. Her staff are supportive and friendly. I am so happy to discover MedSpa + Wellness!
