  • Medication & Supplement Review: Safety checks, refills as appropriate, and optimization.
  • Vitals & Targeted Exam: Evidence-based exam tailored to your needs.
  • Preventive Roadmap: Age- and risk-based screening schedule (e.g., labs, imaging, colon/breast screening guidance).
